This is beautiful off-the-grid property. There are no utilities in the area. Sewer: septic. Power: solar, wind and/or generator. Water: well or haul. Well depths in our area are averaging about 150-180 feet. Our closest neighbor hit water at ~150 ft, water shot up to about 75 ft and they're pulling 10-11 gallons/minute. Very good pressure. Quality depends on the pocket you hit. For example, we can drink ours straight from the ground, although prefer a conditioning system.
POA is $105/year per parcel for road maintenance. 2011/12 taxes are $581.04 for all three parcels. All POA dues and taxes are paid in full and current. Buyer will receive a warranty deed. If Title Insurance desired, cost will be paid by the buyer in addition to purchase price.
